All sales are final
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please check your order carefully before you buy.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your Talking Trump arrives damaged, does not talk or dance, or you receive the wrong item, email us at tonyheisenbergenterprise@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos or a short video of the problem.

Once we have confirmed the problem, we will send a replacement at no cost to you or refund the item to your original payment method, whichever you prefer. Refunds usually appear within 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Return shipping
If we ask you to send back an item that arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect, we cover the return shipping.

Orders that have not arrived
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of the order date, contact us and we will look into it with the carrier.

Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply where you live.
