About these terms
This website is operated by TALKING TRUMP, based in Ontario, Canada. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Using the site
You must be the age of majority where you live, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to place an order. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with how it works, or use it for anything unlawful.
Products and prices
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and do not include taxes or duties, which are added at checkout where they apply. If your bank or card uses another currency, your provider may convert the amount and charge a conversion fee. We try to show our products accurately, but colours and details can look slightly different on your screen. We may change prices, products and offers at any time, and we may correct errors in a listing even after an order is placed.
Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price was listed in error. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.
Shipping and refunds
Our shipping policy and refund policy form part of these terms. All sales are final, except for items that arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect, as set out in our refund policy.
Using the product
Talking Trump is a novelty desk toy for entertainment only. It is not intended for young children, as it contains small parts and electronic components. Follow any care and safety instructions that come with the product.
Our content
The Talking Trump images and text on this site belong to us. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
Our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or our products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one in force.
