Shipping policy

Free shipping worldwide

Standard shipping is free on every order, wherever we ship. Within Canada you can also choose Express shipping at checkout for an extra fee.

Where we ship

We ship within Canada, to the United States and to most other countries. If your country is not available at checkout, we cannot ship there yet.

Processing time

Orders are usually ready to ship within 1 to 3 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting public holidays.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive 7 to 14 business days after they are placed. These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs, weather and busy periods can add time.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside Canada may be charged import duties, taxes or customs fees by the destination country. Unless they are shown and collected at checkout, these charges are not included in our prices and are the customer's responsibility.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a confirmation with tracking details if the carrier provides them.

Address errors

Please check your shipping address before you place your order. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away at tonyheisenbergenterprise@gmail.com. We cannot change an address once the order has shipped.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or has not arrived within 20 business days of your order date, email us with your order number and we will sort it out with the carrier. Our refund policy explains what happens next.
